All of our cleaners are licensed and bonded. We insure our cleaners for up to $1 Million Dollars in liability. We also cover worker’s compensation.
What if I am unsatisfied with services rendered?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the services you’ve received please contact us. We’ll make it right.
How do I pay for cleaning services?
While we do take cash or credit and debit cards on site, the most effective way to pay is through our online customer portal. Payment is not due until after the cleaning is completed.

Your booking history will be available to view on your online customer profile. You may request the same cleaner upon availability.
What is I want my home cleaned while I am not at home?
Don’t worry. Your home and your keys are in good hands with Book a Muscle. All keys are recorded and stored by management and returned to management after each cleaning.
How many cleaners will clean my home?
The number of cleaners depends on the size of the home. But don’t worry, your rate will not change.
